Some of the destination chargers are not free, on a Tesla they will push a bill to your account so it could be that. I've run into this at Santana Row Tesla Destination chargers.
At home I have a Tesla 80a wall charger that I use with a Tesla tap with no issues
Fyi - if you have trouble connecting or getting carplay to come up, you will need to reboot the car multimedia
Also you should unplug it when you leave the car because if your car wakes up in the garage, your phone will suddenly start projecting to AA and you'll lose your wifi and audio, this is...
I remember seeing the 'charging speed limited by station message'
I don't charge often away from home so this was my first time seeing this new message and I agree, it would be better to get a more specific minder than some generic thing listing everything.
In a similar vein, does anyone know...
I plugged in at 4% SOC, I also got a popup notification about how to increase my charging speeds, it may not have preconditioned even though I added the charger as a waypoint in the built in nav....otherwise I'm not sure if the popup comes up for everyone or if it's targeted.
Pulled up to a charger, ended up having to wait in line. A spot opens up and I see the it's dreaded 150KW ....or is.
Was confused and surprised when I removed to 250 immediately......I'll take it
I like to think the RangeXchange focus is due to them trying to get the V2H ready
Both of course, forgot the burger and drinks though....can't win them all
Clearly they forgot to mention the android auto portion of the update, per my most recent conversation with a source "Yeah, sure, whatever, can you please order already, you're holding up the the drive-thru"
I don't recall seeing this commercial, but wouldn't it be better if they showed the house and then the neighborhood and all the lights turn off suddenly except the one they showed earlier with the truck.....I hope there isn't that big of a delay between power going out and switching to the truck...
SunPower told me the same thing when I approached them for an upgrade to add more panels and a battery system. This was annoying since my original panels were only 3 years old from SunPower w/ the new home construction. I ended up going with Tesla and they just tied the existing SunPower system...
This is encouraging, I hate the look of the standard 19s and desperately want to replace them, but was hesitant because of the range advantage vs aftermarket 19s.
