    We should also back out the stock-based compensation. This seems reasonable considering that the short investors purport the value is much less. The improved trend is probably a result of prior period finished inventory write-downs. (Q4 2023)

    Yeah, its the "limited damages" stipulation and whether or not that is an issue. Not updated information is not completely clear.

    "In general, a written contract is binding if it is enforceable under State law and does not limit damages to a specified amount." Here is another, but unlikely, possibility for whether or not the IRS wants to enforce or allow the credit. Nothing here is 100% certain.

    The way I look at it is, if I never see my Pure, there are a whole lot more bad things happening to many other people. $300 is a lot less risk than almost anything else worth the time to think about.

    Is it clear if the new credit proposal only applies to after the initial 200k produced? Maybe the original $7500 credit still applies to the first 200k vehicles and the new proposal is only for after 200k produced? That would make a whole lot more sense.
